Responsibilities:
- Represent corporate and individual client interests and execute instructions diligently;
- Research and prepare legal opinions on diverse areas of commercial law practice;

- Represent clients in litigation and Corporate Services
- Handle company secretarial and administrative duties

Requirements:
- Minimum of a university degree
- Two years of post-call experience in commercial litigation and corporate law practice in a reputable law firm.
- Excellent understanding of commercial transactions and general business savvy skills is an added advantage.
- Outstanding speaking, advocacy, and drafting skills
- Must be able to work and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be result-driven
- Preferably should reside on Lagos Island or within the Lekki Peninsula and its environs
