The sales of application forms for Admission to the 2023/2024 academic session has been announced by the College of Health Technology (CHST). This is scheduled to begin on 6th March to 6th April 2023, so, interested candidates should visit the website: www.chstjahun.edu.ng to complete the application form.
Admission Requirements
All candidates applying for the Diploma program MUST possess FIVE (5) English, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry credits.
While those applying for JCHEW MUST have at least 3 credits in English, Mathematics, and Biology and passes in Physics and Chemistry.

Application Procedures
- Visit https://www.chstjahun.edu.ng/
- Click apply to create a profile.
- Fill in the required information.
- Click submit to generate RRR.
- Make payment by following the instructions there (Card, Bank USSD Phone number, or Account number).
- After successful payment, Login to complete the application by following the instructions at the Student’s Dashboard.
- Print your Acknowledgement slip.
- Wait for the CBT invitation (date, time, and venue will be communicated)
NOTE:
There is NO NEED for submission of the Application form to the college until during CBT.
Invitations for CBT will be sent to the phone number/email address provided during the application.
