About The University
Thomas Adewumi University (TAU) is located in Oko Irese town near Omu-Aran town in Irepodun Local Government Area of Kwara State.
The Proprietor of Thomas Adewumi University undertook to establish a University as a logical progression of its efforts in the provision of qualitative University education at the primary and secondary school levels. The ethos of Thomas Adewumi University is excellence and the institution aims to become a major and key player in the delivery of University education of the highest quality in Nigeria as well as to produce graduates that would benefit themselves and the human capital for the rapid and much socio-economic development of the country.
Admission Requirement
The minimum requirement for prospective candidates applying to Thomas Adewumi University are:
- A minimum score of 140 in 2022/2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)
- Candidate must possess a minimum of five (5) ‘O’ Level Credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings in SSCE, GCE, NECO, NABTEB or equivalent.
Note: Candidates with awaiting results may also apply but will be required to present the acceptable qualifications before matriculation
