Admission Form for ECWA College of Health Technology, Kagoro 2023

The sale of the admission form from ECWA has finally been announced by the management for the 2023/2024 academic session.

An aptitude test/interview will be scheduled from Tuesday, 25th to Thursday, 27th of April, 2023, at the College.

  • Professional Diploma (PD), Health Information Management – Six Semesters (3 years)

Admission Requirements

Candidates seeking admission into diploma programmes must possess four (4) to five (5) credits in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) (WAEC or NECO) at not more than two 2 sittings which must include the following subjects;

• Mathematics
• English Language
• Biology
• Physics
• Chemistry

Application Procedures

Admission forms can be obtained at any ECWA District Church Council (DCC) Office, ECWA College of Health Technology Kagoro (Account office) and at the ECWA Headquarters Jos (Office of the Director of Medical Services) or via the college admission portal https://portal.echtkagoro.edu.ng/Home?ReturnUrl=%2f%3ftab%3dADMISSION&tab=ADMISSION after payment of a non-refundable fee of five thousand naira (₦5,000.00) only.

Before filling out and submitting the online application form, Parent/Guardian must first create an account on the portal. To Create an Account:

1. Click on the Start Application button
2. Fill in your details.
3. Make sure you supply your functional personal email
4. Click on Create Account
5. An OTP will be sent to the supplied mail
6. Enter the OTP to confirm your email and complete your registration
7. Click on the Login Button

After Account Creation. You can then log in to register your wards. Follow these steps:

1. Click on the Login Button
2. Read the Payment Instructions on the Dashboard
3. Make Payment for your ward(s)
4. After successful payment, register your ward
5. Finish registration by clicking the “Submit Finally” button
6. You can then print your Registration Slip and wait for further communication through your registered email
