- To effectively market the company
- To introduce new clients to the company estimate The Market Value of land, buildings, and commercial (real estate) properties
- Must be able to write detailed reports
- Offer investment appraisals and advice
- Helping clients maximize profits from the sale or rent of their property

Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc in Estate Management, Building Surveying, Real Estate or Planning and Property Development
- 1-3 years minimum experience
- The candidate should be confident
- Communication skills and networking ability
- Understanding of, and interest in, the local property market and the process of buying and selling property.
- Property Management knowledge
- Must reside in Apapa or close environs.
Salary
N70,000 / Month.
