Job Overview (MPOWER)
The Facility Maintenance Specialist is responsible for overseeing the upkeep of the building/s, ensuring certification and compliance, repairs, routines, developing and implementing procedures, supervising employees and reducing costs while improving service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12
- B Comm. Degree Maintenance Management or Studying towards a relevant Degree/Diploma
- Minimum 10 years experience in maintenance environment
- Minimum 5 years relevant management experience
