Job Description
- Supervise and manage daily case management activities, quality management activities as well as medical outreaches and programs
- Collate reports of medical audits and propose improvement plans-
- Co-ordinate and collate accreditation and re-accreditation reports for approval
- Co-ordinate and collate reports of claims reconciliation with providers and profer solutions
- Drive process for collection of LONI-
- Co-ordinate the Pharm Assist program/medical referral program to manage medical cost in line with standard medical practice
- Maintain high level relationship -with HCFs
