General Job Description
- To manage a field team nationwide including vendors to ensure the case is closed
- To communicate to clients promptly on all solutions or challenges
- To communicate and assess technical findings to all stakeholders internally
- To guide technically the field team on challenges on the ground.
Qualifications / Core Competencies
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant courses
- Minimum of 3 Years Experience on the Job
- Good Communication Skills
- Must have Experience in Home Appliances
- Good Technical Skills in Home Appliance (ALL KING)
- Good Analytical Skills of Cases & Data
- Good Customer Centricity
- Lead Field Teams.
