About the Polytechnic:
Mater Dei Polytechnic is established at Ugwuoba in Oji-River Local Government Area of Enugu State.
The founder, Rev. Fr. Uche Igboamalu C.M.F, noticed lots of anomalies going on in Nigerian institutions of higher learning and was challenged to establish one that addresses those moral challenges as well as
aid many Nigerians who cannot afford learning in the universities and polytechnics.
The journey for the establishment of the school began in 2012.
Mater Dei Polytechnic went through series of inspection and developmental stages until it was approved to take off this year by the national Board for Technical Education and the minister of Education.
Location
Ugwuoba in Oji-River Local Government Area of Enugu State.

The Management of the Mater Dei Polytechnic has stated that all Applicants are to take notes of these Admission Requirements before Applying for Admission.

Applicants must have at least five credit including English Language and Mathematics.

MATER DEI POLYTECHNIC ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS 2022/2023
- Candidates must have reached the age of 16.
- Candidates must have at least 6 (six) “Cs (Credits)” grades in their O’level result (s) which must include English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry at a sitting.
- Candidates must score at least 180 in JAMB UTME examination.
