QuestBridge Scholarship

The QuestBridge Scholarships 2023 are fully paid awards for students in the United States. Seniors in high school are eligible for these scholarships. The complete four-year scholarship, worth more than $200,000, is covered by the award.

By providing matching scholarships and tuition grants to participants in the Texas Tuition Promise Fund, the state’s prepaid tuition program, the Texas Match the Promise Foundation encourages families to save for college.

In qualified Texas public colleges and universities, Promise Fund tuition units represent a fixed amount of undergraduate resident tuition plus school-wide mandatory fees.

In order to augment participant contributions made to the fund during the current Promise Fund sales season, Match the Promise will grant eligible recipients Promise Fund tuition units.

The National College Match scholarship is provided by QuestBridge in collaboration with 40 top colleges and universities in the United States.

Neither parent contribution or student loans are required because the scholarship pays the entire cost of attendance for each college, including tuition, housing and board, travel expenses, and books and supplies. However, keep in mind that the scholarship may require student participation in the form of job study or savings.

Two Scholarship Levels

Cooperative Scholarship

The same type of tuition units will be matched up to $500 in participant tuition unit purchases. Scholarship winners whose families make no more than $75,000 will receive a two-to-one match. All other scholarship winners will be matched one to one.

Assurance Scholarship

There will be a one-time payout of tuition units worth $2,000 at current prices. Up to 150 applicants with the highest scores will be granted matching scholarships. Promise Scholarships will be given to the top five applicants.

Requirements for QuestBridge Scholarship Eligibility

Questbridge Scholarship

Candidates must meet all of the criteria listed below in order to be eligible for QuestBridge scholarships:

Language(s) required: English
Eligible nations: the USA (U.S. citizen or permanent resident or a high school student, regardless of citizenship, attending high school in the U.S.)
Mostly A’s in the most difficult courses offered (usually including Honors, AP, or IB level courses)
Scores of 1310 on the SAT or PSAT
ACT composite scores of 28 or higher
The top 5–10% of the graduating class in terms of class rank

How to Apply for Scholarships with QuestBridge

Thereafter, the finalists will provide more materials for the particular universities they have ranked. Those who matched with a college in December can unwind knowing they have a full four-year scholarship to their chosen institution!

Without paying any application costs, applicants who were not chosen as finalists in October or who did not match with a college can reapply to the same schools through QuestBridge Regular Decision.
