Requirements (Senior Builder)
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications, registerable with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON):
- Candidates should have served in the capacity of a Builder I and possess a good Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in Building or Building Technology with 3 years experience or as a Builder II with the same qualifications above and 6 years experience
- A pass in the final Examination II examination of the Nigeria Institute of Builders (NIB).
- A pass in the final part II Examination of the Chartered Institute of Builders of England (CIBE).
